After registering, you'll be required to undergo a short vetting process to become a verified developer. This includes technical, agile and psychometric tests — all of which last no longer than 2 hours in total.

Scoring above our required threshold means you'll be invited to a live coding challenge — again lasting no longer than 2 hours. Overall, our vetting process takes a maximum of 1 day.

Yes. Because you'll likely be placed within a global team of developers from various countries, you'll be expected to have good English conversational skills.

The majority of the opportunities on our platform are for ongoing engagement — and are effectively permanent positions. However, unlike a traditional permanent role, you'll get better opportunities to grow, a better work-life balance, as well as higher earning opportunities. Additionally, we provide exclusive perks and benefits for individuals who perform exceedingly well on their projects.

Great developers are in high demand and, once being allocated on a project, you can expect to stay in that project for its full life cycle — typically at least 6 months, and often longer.

In instances where you're allocated to shorter projects, we'll try to make sure your next assignment is for a longer duration.

We pay all active developers on a bi-weekly cycle. In any case, you'll be paid within a maximum of 30 days for all the time sheets that has been approved.

We serve global clients with teams spread across multiple location. You are free to choose your working hours as per your team's availability.

Yes, you'll need to comply with your local tax laws and fulfil tax payments to the relevant authorities.

If you're engaged with client projects as a freelancers, we do not deduct anything from your pay.

If you're employed as a permanent employee on our payroll, then we deduct your payroll/employment taxes as per your local jurisdiction.
