Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owner to understand client requirement and design appropriate user experiences.
• Be able to analyse User Journeys and identify gaps and come up with solutions.
• Use common UX approaches – user personas, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping while creating the designs for the system.
• Prepare proper hand-offs for the developer so that the design to development transition is smooth.
• Create compelling visual design and interaction design.
• Participate in the design team’s process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing and scheduling.
• Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
